A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH USBANCORP

Pentech and USBancorp Manifest Funding Services have entered into a strategic partnership called the Navigator Program which provides an alternative B-C funding source for Manifest's In-Tandem and Partnership brokers.

The Navigator Programs
Navigator is broken into several programs which provide a wide range of services to this select group of Manifest "approved" brokers.  All are designed to understand and manage the associated credit risk, price the product correctly, and deliver a high level of customer service.  The various programs are being serviced by Pentech personnel in Marshall, MN, Campbell, CA, and at our new Funding Services Group in San Diego, CA.

Navigator & Navigator Direct
Navigator is a small-ticket ($10,000-$75,000) lease program designed to service Manifest referrals. It provides Manifest brokers a B-C funding alternative and quick turn-around without the necessity to resubmit the lease package.  Navigator Direct was established to provide, under certain circumstances, the ability for Manifest brokers to send B-C lease packages directly to Pentech.  Both of these programs are serviced by Pentech Funding Group in San Diego, CA.

Navigator Plus & Navigator Plus Direct
Similar in structure to the Navigator Programs, Navigator Plus and Navigator Plus Direct are designed for commercial transactions in the $75,000-$300,000 range.  These programs are being serviced by Pentech personnel in Marshall, MN and at our corporate offices in Campbell, CA.
