Respected leasing industry executive and entrepreneur, Mr. Millerbis founded Pentek Leasing and Pentech Financial Services, Inc.  He was a co-founder and Director of Silicon Valley Bank and has served as President and Director of the United Association of Equipment Leasing (UAEL) and as a Director of the American Association of Equipment Leasing.

James G. Ochsner, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating/Credit Officer

Mr. Ochsner has extensive banking experience, including senior and executive level positions with both small and large (Bank of America) banks in commercial lending and retail banking management. He holds an Economics degree from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

An accomplished corporate and equipment leasing attorney, Ms. Wells served as corporate counsel for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Bay View Bank, and Pentek Leasing.  She also represented technology companies and major financial institutions while at the law firms of Burris & Monahan and Miller & Fanwick, LLP.
