Ronald L. Wagner - Senior Vice President and General Manager, Pentech Funding Services

Mr. Wagner, a career leasing professional, joined Pentech in late 2003 to head Pentech's new division supporting our strategic partnership with US Bancorp.  Past positions include senior management positions with Eldorado Bank, Imperial Business Credit, and Heritage Leasing Capital.  Mr. Wagner holds a BS in Business Adminsitration from University of Kansas and an MBA from the University of Missouri.  He is also a past president and board member of the United Association of Equipment Leasing (UAEL).

Bruce Blanco - Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Blanco is a well-rounded financial professional with a history of working with the captive lease market.  Most recently he served as CFO and a member of the Board of Directors at Telogy, Inc., a large international test equipment leasing and rental company.  Mr. Blanco holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from St. Mary's College and a Bachelor of Science from San Jose State University in Accounting.  He also holds Sarbanes Oxley Certification (SOX) from Tulane University Law School and Bisk Education.

James G. Ochsner - Vice President and Chief Credit Officer

Mr. Ochsner's extensive banking background started in 1978 with Bank of America and spans twenty-six years. It includes senior and executive level positions with both large and small banks in commercial lending and retail banking management.  Mr. Ochsner is a graduate of the University of Washington, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and the University of California's MBA Program.

Bradford A. Brisbin - Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Mr. Brisbin has over 20 years experience with high technology firms in the Silicon Valley. Prior positions include: Director of Materials, BASF - Memory Division; Director, Sales and Marketing, Applied Circuit Technology; and Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Environment & Safety, Inc. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, and is a graduate of the Mastering Business Administration Executive Program at University of California, Davis.

Daphne Wells - Vice President and General Counsel

Ms. Wells, a graduate of Miami University and the University of West Los Angeles School of Law, is an accomplished corporate and equipment leasing attorney with experience as corporate counsel for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Bay View Bank, and Pentek Leasing. Before joining Pentech Financial Services she was with the law firms of Burriss & Monahan and Miller & Fanwick, LLP, representing technology companies and major financial institutions in the Bay Area.
