Pentech Financial Services, Inc. Announces New Chief Financial Officer

Campbell, CA – March 5, 2007

Pentech Financial Services’ President and CEO Benjamin E. Millerbis today announced that Bruce Blanco has joined the company as vice president and chief financial officer.  Mr. Blanco comes to Pentech from Telogy, Inc. where he served as CFO and a member of the Board of Directors.

Blanco previously served as Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer for ADAC Laboratories, a publicly-held international provider of medical imaging equipment, software and service support for the healthcare industry.

"Bruce's strong financial and accounting skills and extensive experience in acquisitions fit very nicely with Pentech's current business plans," said Millerbis.  "He brings a breadth of skills that cover start-up, growth, turnaround, and transitioning companies."

Prior to joining ADAC Laboratories, Blanco was president of Triad Financial corporation where he doubled the profitability of it's captive leasing subsidiary.

Mr. Blanco holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from St. Mary's College, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Jose State University, and a Sarbanes Oxley Certification (SOX) from Tulare University Law School and Bisk Education.
