Pentech Financial Services, Inc. APPOINTS BRAD BRISBIN VICE PRESIDENT, SALES AND MARKETING

Campbell, CA – May 2, 2007

Pentech Financial Services, Inc., a leading lender in the B-C credit market, today announced that it has appointed Brad Brisbin as Vice President, Sales and Marketing.  Mr. Brisbin will have primary responsibility for sales and marketing in both the company’s Commercial and Navigator programs.

“Brad brings a solid track record of achievement and innovation in a variety of sales and marketing related assignments,” said Benjamin E. Millerbis, the company’s president and chief executive officer.  “He will be integral to driving and supporting our marketing programs and increasing sales nationwide.  I look forward to his continued contributions to Pentech.”

Mr. Brisbin most recently served as vice president of marketing and has been with the company since 1998. Prior to joining Pentech, he was vice president of sales and marketing at Environment and Safety, Inc., director of sales and marketing for Applied Circuit Technology, and, earlier in his career, held various management positions with Information Magnetics, BASF and ISS-Sperry Univac.

Both Sales and Marketing will now be headquartered out of the company’s offices in Roseville, California.
