through both our direct sales force and broker network.

Direct and Broker Sales
Pentech maintains both a Direct Sales Group
and an Intermediary Markets Group to serve the needs
of a wide range of clients. With our corporate offices in
Silicon Valley, Pentech has the personnel, organization, and

the needs of an ever-expanding marketplace.
NAVIGATOR PROGRAMS
A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH USBANCORP
Pentech and USBancorp Manifest Funding Services have entered into
a strategic partnership called the Navigator Program which
provides an alternative B-C funding source for Manifest's
In-Tandem and Partnership brokers.
The Navigator Programs
Navigator is broken into several programs which provide a
wide range of services to this select group of Manifest "approved"
brokers. All are designed to understand and manage the
associated credit risk, price the product correctly, and deliver a
high level of customer service. The various programs are being
serviced by Pentech personnel in Marshall, MN, Campbell, CA, and at
our new Funding Services Group in San Diego, CA.
Navigator & Navigator Direct
Navigator is a small-ticket ($10,000-$75,000) lease
program designed to service Manifest referrals. It provides Manifest
brokers a B-C funding alternative and quick turn-around without the
necessity to resubmit the lease package. Navigator Direct
was established to provide, under certain circumstances, the ability
for Manifest brokers to send B-C lease packages directly to Pentech.
Both of these programs are serviced by Pentech Funding Group in San
Diego, CA.

Asset Recovery/Refurbishment/Resale
Services
Pentech's wholly-owned asset
management division, Hummingbird Solutions, provides a
complete range of asset recovery and resale services
custom designed to meet your specific needs. End-of-lease returns
can be accepted directly from the current user, pre-sold and shipped
directly to the new owner, or we can arrange pick-up and storage
during the disposal process. Quality control includes complete
analysis, sanitation and refurbishment where required and our
multi-channel remarketing network provides timely disposition with
an emphasis on maximizing return.
Hummingbird Solutions Retail Outlet
Hummingbird maintains a Silicon Valley
based retail outlet for specific types of high-tech equipment and
office furnishings. In addition to Pentech's lease returns,
Hummingbird has developed hundreds of contacts in the
pre-owned and off-lease equipment market and should be your first
call for affordable equipment and furniture. If its not it
stock Hummingbird's staff can find it fast at very
attractive pricing.
